Returns & Exchanges
If you decide you don't want the items you purchased anymore, don't like them or picked the wrong size, we offer you 10 days from the time your order arrives to return or exchange it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Intimate clothing, personal care items or other personal use items (underwear, socks, swimwear, tights, earrings, etc.) cannot be returned.
If you have purchased a gift card, it cannot be returned either.
How do I return my items?
First, send us an email to email@example.com or use our contact form.
We will look into the situation with you and give you a return address.
When we receive the items, we will get in touch and give you a credit of the amount you spent to purchase the right size or something else that you like.
My item arrived broken/damaged and I want a refund
If this happened to you, send us photos of the damaged items with as much detail as possible. We will give you a return address and refund you.
We can also send you a brand new item, if you prefer. ⭐
Note: Beware that we are not responsible for any return shipping costs or it's loss. We recommend that it is shipped with a tracking number.
